We all know that feeling. A tight deadline looms for a printing project! You need it…NOW! Getting rush orders to the screen printer or embroidery service can be the stuff of nightmares. You need 1000 t-shirts, 500 stitched hats, or 3000 pens. At MSP Design Group, we see this story frequently from businesses all over Hampton Roads. Lucky for you, we can offer advice on handling a rush order for printing and embroidery…and still keep your sanity. Follow these some tips on how to survive that last minute rush order.
First of all, getting freaked does not help. Breathe. Think clearly. Understand what you need in your printing or embroidery order and nail down your task. You don’t want to place an order for T-shirts and discover at the last minute you needed a batch of embroidered hats and shirts as well. Take a moment, get all the details figured out as closely as possible. Getting your order right from the start gives you the best chance of meeting your deadline.

Is your art in the right file format?
What’s an EPS file? Do you know what AI file is? Or PNG? If you know your file formats, you’re already ahead of the game. If not, don’t get scared. We use the latest graphic design and printing software. We can figure out the alphabet soup of file formats and help you get the right design to us for the best result.
