At TDI LLC, we’re committed to making payments simple and cost-effective for you. That’s why we’ve introduced ACH payments—a quick, secure option that draws directly from your bank account with no extra hassle.
We also continue to support credit card payments for those who value rewards or convenience, but due to rising bank processing costs, these now include a small surcharge.
How to Avoid the Fee
Opt for any of these fee-free methods:
- ACH (our new favorite for speed and security)
- Debit card
- Snail mail a paper check 🙄
Key Details
- Upfront Notification: For one-time payments, we’ll always disclose the surcharge before authorization. This notice applies to any recurring or auto-payments.
- No Profit for Us: The fee covers only our actual processing costs—we don’t earn a penny more, as required by law.
- State Compliance: In areas where surcharges are prohibited, we’ll waive it entirely.
