Industry Veteran and SAAGNY Foundation Chair Brings 25 years of Experience to National Promotional Products Distributor
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, September 26, 2025 — MSP Design Group is excited to announce that Deborah Gaspar has joined the team as Executive Vice President of Sales. With more than 25 years in the promotional products world and her current role as Chair of the SAAGNY Foundation, Deborah brings both deep industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow through branded merchandise.
A Career Built on Relationships and Results
Most recently, Deborah served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Zagwear, a PPAI 100 distributor that operates around the globe. Before that, she held leadership roles at Sky High Marketing as Chief Revenue Officer and at NC Custom as Director of Marketing.
What sets Deborah apart isn’t just her impressive resume — it’s her ability to genuinely connect with clients and understand what makes their businesses tick.

Deborah’s commitment to the industry extends well beyond her day job. As Chair of the SAAGNY Foundation, she’s dedicated to giving back to the community and supporting charitable causes. SAAGNY—Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York—is the largest regional trade association in the promotional products industry, covering New York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut.
Her volunteer work earned her recognition as Foundation Volunteer of the Year, but those who know Deborah say the real reward for her is simply being able to help others.
“The promotional products industry has given me so much over the years — incredible relationships, amazing opportunities, and the chance to help businesses succeed,” said Deborah. “Being able to give back through the SAAGNY Foundation feels like a natural extension of what we do every day—bringing people together and making connections that matter.”
Looking Ahead
When asked about joining MSP Design Group, Deborah’s enthusiasm is evident.
